1. Arrival and Introduction: Guests are welcomed at the spa reception, where any contraindications are reviewed, A spa attendant walks guests through the treatment process, introducing the mud caves and steam room and explaining the self-application techniques and tools provided.
2. Preparation: Guests start with a refreshing shower and a session in the aromatherapy steam room to prepare the skin for exfoliation and mud application.
3. Exfoliation: Guests use mineral-rich salts for an exfoliator o gently exfoliate their skin, followed by a rinse in the cave’s shower.
4. Bio-Energy Mud Application: Warm, soothing bio-energy mud is applied to the body, designed to detoxify and soften the skin. Guests relax for 10 minutes to allow the mud to work before showering off.
5. Therapeutic Mud & Algae Application: A second layer of therapeutic mud is applied, followed by a final application of algae to deeply hydrate and heal the skin. Each layer is left on for 10–15 minutes before rinsing off.
6. Finishing Touches: Guests conclude the ritual in the ante area with a refreshing ice-cold towel and a drop of nourishing facial oil to self-apply. Hydration is replenished with water or iced tea, allowing guests to relax on heated seats.
